To use all features you need Gridknight Premium. The cost will be charged at the end of the month for all devices that have been active in your Premium account at least once in this billing interval. The tariff can only be activated per account and not per device. Credit card or SEPA direct debit are available as payment methods. You will receive a monthly invoice for the services used. The Premium subscription can be cancelled monthly.
In the Basic subscription there are no monthly costs for you.

Answers related to pricing and payment
- Why does Gridknight cost a monthly fee?
- There are costs associated with operating the Gridknight infrastructure that we cover through the fees. For example, we take care of server operations, support, and cellular access for our devices.
- Can I change my subscription?
- You can adjust your subscription at the end of the current month. You can also switch back to the Basic plan.
- What happens after 5 years in the Basic subscription?
- The Basic subscription includes the mobile and server operating costs for the first 5 years from the initial use. After that, an additional operating period can be activated for a one-time payment.
- Can I also operate only individual devices in the Premium subscription?
- It is not possible to activate Gridknight Premium for selected devices only - please use two accounts for this case.
- What payment methods are available?
- SEPA direct debit and credit card are available for payment.
